These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SiteHair, including our website, booking flows, software platform, billing services, and related features. By using SiteHair, you agree to these terms.

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to:

  • visitors to the SiteHair website
  • organizations that create a SiteHair account
  • authorized users invited to an organization account
  • customers who use SiteHair-powered booking experiences

If you use SiteHair on behalf of a company, salon, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

SiteHair Services

SiteHair provides software and related services for salon operations, including booking, POS, loyalty, payroll commission workflows, messaging, reporting, and Malaysia e-invoicing support. Features may change over time, and some features may depend on your subscription plan, geography, or third-party integrations.

Accounts and access

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and current registration information
  • keep login credentials secure
  • use the service only through authorized accounts and workflows
  • ensure users in your organization access only data they are permitted to access
  • promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security incidents involving your account

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or organization, except to the extent caused by our breach of these terms.

Customer data

You retain rights to the business data, customer records, staff records, and other content you submit to SiteHair. You grant SiteHair a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and to comply with law.

You are responsible for:

  • having the rights and permissions needed to submit data to SiteHair
  • providing notices and obtaining consents required by applicable law
  • using SiteHair in compliance with privacy, employment, tax, consumer, and other laws that apply to your business

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use SiteHair for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
  • interfere with the normal operation or security of the service
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the service beyond permitted use
  • upload malware or other harmful code
  • use SiteHair to send spam or unauthorized marketing messages
  • bypass plan limits, access controls, or technical restrictions

Fees and billing

Paid features may require a subscription, usage-based charges, or one-time purchases. When you subscribe or make a purchase, you agree that:

  • fees, taxes, and billing terms shown at checkout or in your plan apply
  • recurring subscriptions renew until canceled
  • you authorize our payment providers to charge your selected payment method
  • overdue amounts may result in suspension or restricted access

Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Third-party services

SiteHair may integrate with or depend on third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, messaging providers, and authentication tools. Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual property

SiteHair and its software, content, branding, and materials are owned by SiteHair or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to SiteHair if:

  • you breach these terms
  • your use creates security, legal, or operational risk
  • payment obligations remain overdue
  • we are required to do so by law

You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends, but provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

Disclaimers

SiteHair is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteHair will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteHair's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to SiteHair for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SiteHair harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of applicable law or these terms.

Changes to the service or terms

We may modify the service or these terms from time to time. If we make a material change to these terms, we will post the updated version and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless a different law is required by applicable consumer protection rules.
