We are building software for salon operators, front-desk teams, and stylists. If you care about practical product quality and clear execution, we would like to hear from you.
SiteHair is a commission-first salon stack for Malaysia: bookings, POS, tiered stylist pay, packages, retail, WhatsApp reminders, and MyInvois e-invoicing. We hire people who want to ship workflows front-desk teams use every Saturday—not slide decks. Roles span product, engineering, customer operations, and go-to-market for hair salons in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Johor.

What we are building
SiteHair is salon operations software for Malaysian hair salons—not generic beauty booking. We connect POS checkout, stylist attribution, tiered commission rules, period lock, payout exports, WhatsApp reminders, and MyInvois e-invoicing on one client record.
Our team ships features front-desk teams use daily: walk-in queues, split payments, package redemption, multi-branch roll-ups, and commission reports owners trust at month-end. We work closely with salon owners in KL and Penang to validate workflows before we write code.
Roles span product, engineering, customer operations, and go-to-market for Malaysian hair salons. We value people who have seen commission disputes firsthand, understand why period lock matters, and want to replace spreadsheet payroll with software stylists actually trust at checkout.

Why we hire for salon operations depth
SiteHair builds software for Malaysian hair salons with tiered stylist commission—not generic beauty marketplaces. We look for people who care about checkout speed, payroll period lock, and MyInvois handoff from real POS tickets.
Product and engineering roles ship features front-desk teams use on Saturdays: walk-in queues, package redemption, retail attach, multi-branch roll-ups, and commission exports owners trust before payroll.
If you have operated, supported, or sold into hair salons in KL, Penang, or Johor, tell us in your intro message—we review every inbound profile even when no role is posted publicly.
Day to day you would work on problems like reducing checkout steps for walk-ins, making commission snapshots obvious to stylists before payroll lock, and improving WhatsApp reminder templates owners can trust without a third-party inbox.
We are a small team shipping for Malaysian hair salons specifically. That focus means fewer vanity integrations and more depth on POS attribution, payroll exports, and MyInvois handoff—the workflows that decide whether salon software survives past the first commission dispute.
We offer remote-friendly collaboration for engineering and product roles, with occasional on-site visits to salons in KL and Penang when we validate new checkout or commission flows. Customer operations staff work directly with owners during onboarding and payroll lock weeks.
To apply, send a short note on the salon workflows you have supported or built before—commission tiers, retail at checkout, WhatsApp reminders, or MyInvois—and links to work you are proud of. We read every message even when no role is listed publicly.
